Welcome and what the heck???

Hello fellow trekkers!  Welcome to our blog!

Did you ever feel like you were a hamster on a wheel?  That’s me and I’m just so darn tired of it!  I’ve been pinching pennies for all of my 15 years of marriage and it’s time to MOVE FORWARD!  This blog is about how I’ve buckled down in my budget and how I’ve built my business….with my husband of course!   I hope you will enjoy my rantings and feel free to vent a few rants yourself!

Did you ever hear the road to h _ _ _ is paved with good intentions?  SO TRUE!  AJ and I had some great intentions for doing good with our economic stimulus check and POOF!  Just like that, we’ve spent it already!  I have to say that I’ve been tooooooooooo darn busy building our business and working to keep up with the check book and that was:

MISTAKE #1 – Not keeping up with the checkbook! 

The hubby and I have decided we have to be more careful and for awhile, we are going to tell each other about EVERY expense besides gas….because we HAVE to buy gas!

The good news is, we reached Executive Coordinator in our business which means a $600 check baby!  Now, I have to be careful to spend wisely instead of like my Economic Stimulus check!  $600!  The momentum is rising!  How awesome will it be when I’ve built the business to be getting those monthly???  Or even weekly!???!  Now THAT’S going to be ‘AND THEN SOME!’

In my next post, I’m going to share with you guys a few of the ways I’ve learned to stretch a dollar.  These are ways that fit into my busy lifestyle and give me some good bang for my buck.  I get “referral” credit for anybody that uses their services, so I sure would love it if you give me credit for sending you, but even if you don’t….they are great resources!!!
